Ok, so I can’t wait to wake up and have breakfast in the morning these days. Is it crazy? Well, wait until you try this overnight oats and you will be excited for your breakfast too. Buckwheat is naturally gluten free grain alternative. Licorice root has a distinct sweet flavor. Chia seeds and nut butter have a dose of protein, a bit of maple syrup for sweetness with the cherries and chocolate chips on top. Yum!

Yay, its peach season! Perfect time to make peach crisp! This Peach Ginger Crips is healthy and hearty breakfast if you pair it with non dairy yogurt. Or a delightful dessert if you serve it with a scoop of vanilla cashew ice-cream. This dish is loaded with healthy goodness. I used gluten free rolled oats and almond flour for the topping.
