Oh Summer! It’s grilling time! This Grilled Corn on the Cob with Garlic and Basil is a great side dish. It is sweet, smokey garlicky and so delicious. Slightly sweet taste of basil with its pungent notes goes so well with mild taste of corn. I used our Garlic Dip recipe for the corn rub. It is as easy as one, two, three.
Grilled Corn on the Cob with Garlic and Basil
Ingredients
- 4 ears of corn husked
- 4 tbsp our garlic dip http://lettuceleafblog.com/garlic-dip/
- 5 tbsp basil, chopped
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium high heat
- Rub each corn ear with garlic dip all around
- Grill corn turning occasionally until fully cooked and lightly charred for about 15 minutes
- Remove corn from the grill, sprinkle it with chopped basil
- Serve and enjoy
