Kate is a primary recipe developer, food photographer, writer and food stylist for Lettuce Leaf. She enjoys all vegan recipes. Her favorite comfort food is Buddha Bowl. She will drink only black coffee in the morning. Kate LOVES going to the beach anytime of the year and enjoys minimalistic lifestyle.
