Very simple and absolutely delicious cauliflower recipe. It is roasted to perfection with its nutty and a little bit sweet taste. This cauliflower could be a perfect side dish, appetizer or addition to pastas or salads. You can add different spices and this simple recipe will be transformed to more complex tasting dish. I paired it with our Basil Almonds Dip , which will be the perfect addition because of its lemony flavor.
Simple Roasted Cauliflower
Ingredients
- 1 head cauliflower
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp kosher salt
- freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Line the sheet with the parchment paper. Preheat the over 425 F.
- Remove the stems and green leaves from the cauliflower.
- Cut the cauliflower into small florets.
- Put the cauliflower, olive oil, garlic powder, salt and pepper in to the mixing bowl.
- Coat cauliflower with oil and spices
- Place it on the baking sheet that you prepared.
- Bake it for 30 minutes and enjoy!
Add 1 tsp of ground cumin, 1 tsp of ground turmeric and 1/2 tsp red pepper flake for spice to the recipe and it will transform from simple to complex with its variety of flavor.
