Cardamom Lemon Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1 cup old fashioned oats, gluten free
- 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
- 1 cup water
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp cardamom spice
- 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
- 1 lemon, zested
- maple syrup
Instructions
- Add oats, water and almond milk to the medium pot
- Bring it to boil
- Lower the heat and cook it till it becomes thicker, stirring continuously
To Serve
- Pour oatmel in the deep plate or bowl
- Sprinkle it with pecans and lemon zest
- Pour maple syrup
- Serve and Enjoy
