Cardamom Lemon Oatmeal

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats, gluten free
  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cardamom spice
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • maple syrup

Method
 

  1. Add oats, water and almond milk to the medium pot
  2. Bring it to boil
  3. Lower the heat and cook it till it becomes thicker, stirring continuously
To Serve
  1. Pour oatmel in the deep plate or bowl
  2. Sprinkle it with pecans and lemon zest
  3. Pour maple syrup
  4. Serve and Enjoy
