Cardamom Lemon Oatmeal

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup old fashioned oats, gluten free
  • 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened
  • 1 cup water
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp cardamom spice
  • 1/4 cup pecans, chopped
  • 1 lemon, zested
  • maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Add oats, water and almond milk to the medium pot
  • Bring it to boil
  • Lower the heat and cook it till it becomes thicker, stirring continuously

To Serve

  • Pour oatmel in the deep plate or bowl
  • Sprinkle it with pecans and lemon zest
  • Pour maple syrup
  • Serve and Enjoy
