Oh, it’s delightful! Dark chocolate, orange zest, pecans, and cardamom. The flavors are all in harmony. Smooth, rich chocolate, freshness of orange, and a crunch of pecans. The notes of cardamom are so settle, but you can’t miss its presence. It is my favorite treat, hands down!

Cardamom Orange Chocolate Bark
Ingredients
- 12 oz good quality dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- zest of 1 orange
- 1/2 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
- 2 tsp ground cardamom
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with a parchment paper and set aside.
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the heat proof mixing bowl over the simmering water.
- Stirring it until the chocolate pieces completely dissolve.
- Mix in cardamom.
- Spread the chocolate evenly on the baking sheet.
- Sprinkle pecans and orange zest.
- Refrigerate the chocolate for 30 minutes until its harden.
- Use your hands to break the chocolate into pieces.
- Serve and enjoy!
