Cardamom Orange Chocolate Bark

Ingredients
  

  • 12 oz good quality dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • zest of 1 orange
  • 1/2 cup pecans, toasted and chopped
  • 2 tsp ground cardamom

Instructions
 

  • Line a baking sheet with a parchment paper and set aside.
  • Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil  in the heat proof mixing bowl over the simmering water.
  • Stirring it until the chocolate pieces completely dissolve.
  • Mix in cardamom. 
  • Spread the chocolate evenly on the baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle pecans and orange zest. 
  • Refrigerate the chocolate for 30 minutes until its harden.
  • Use your hands to break the chocolate into pieces.
  • Serve and enjoy!
