You can’t eat just one of these snack bites. They are so good! It will give you energy and keep you full till dinner. It’s so nutritious! Almonds, energy packed dates, coconut and chocolate. Sprinkle it with himalayan pink salt. It is gluten free and grain free. Perfect snack!
Easy Snack Bites
Ingredients
- 10 dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup raw almonds
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 1 cup good quality dark chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp coconut oil
- 1 tsp pink hymalayan salt
Instructions
- Add dates, almonds, and coconut to the food processor
- Process it untill smooth
- Shape 2 tbsp balls and place it on the prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper
- Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the heat proof mixing bowl over the simmering water
- Stirring it until the chocolate pieces completely dissolve
- Roll each snack bite in the chocolate and place it back to the baking sheet
- Refrigerate snack bites for at least 30 minutes before serving
- Sprinkle snack bites with pink hymalayan salt
- Serve and enjoy
