Easy Snack Bites

Ingredients
  

  • 10 dates, pitted
  • 1/2 cup raw almonds
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 1 cup good quality dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp coconut oil
  • 1 tsp pink hymalayan salt

Instructions
 

  • Add dates, almonds, and coconut to the food processor
  • Process it untill smooth
  • Shape 2 tbsp balls and place it on the prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper
  • Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil  in the heat proof mixing bowl over the simmering water
  • Stirring it until the chocolate pieces completely dissolve
  • Roll each snack bite in the chocolate and place it back to the baking sheet
  • Refrigerate snack bites for at least 30 minutes before serving
  • Sprinkle snack bites with pink hymalayan salt
  • Serve and enjoy
