Ingredients

raw almonds

shredded coconut

good quality dark chocolate chips

coconut oil

tsp
pink hymalayan salt
Instructions
Add dates, almonds, and coconut to the food processor
Process it untill smooth
Shape 2 tbsp balls and place it on the prepared baking sheet lined with parchment paper
Melt the chocolate chips and coconut oil in the heat proof mixing bowl over the simmering water
Stirring it until the chocolate pieces completely dissolve
Roll each snack bite in the chocolate and place it back to the baking sheet
Refrigerate snack bites for at least 30 minutes before serving
Sprinkle snack bites with pink hymalayan salt
Serve and enjoy
