Yay, its peach season! Perfect time to make peach crisp! This Peach Ginger Crips is healthy and hearty breakfast if you pair it with non dairy yogurt. Or a delightful dessert if you serve it with a scoop of vanilla cashew ice-cream. This dish is loaded with healthy goodness. I used gluten free rolled oats and almond flour for the topping. Sweet peaches fit perfectly with spicy taste of ginger. And toasted pecans give you a much needed crunch. All you need in one bowl.
