
Today I woke up thinking of this simple delicious snack. I had to make it. First toast sourdough bread. Spread simple hummus, place some fire roasted peppers, goods quality olive oil and oregano. Yum! This Mediterranean inspired snack is so nutritious and satisfying.

Method
Fire Roasted Peppers
- Preheat oven 450 F
- Cut and seed red peppers
- Place it on the baking sheet and roast till its blistered and black in some parts
- Place peppers in covered mixing bowl for 30 minutes
- Peel the skin from peppers
- Discart the peel and cut peppers in half
- Keep it in the airtight container with some olive oil
Fire Roasted Peppers Toast
To arrange
- Toast a sourdough bread
- Spread hummus on the toast
- Place a slice of fire roasted pepper on it
- Drizzle olive oil on top of the pepper
- Sprinkle it with few leaves of oregano
- Serve and enjoy
