red bell peppers
Instructions
Fire Roasted Peppers
Preheat oven 450 F
Cut and seed red peppers
Place it on the baking sheet and roast till its blistered and black in some parts
Place peppers in covered mixing bowl for 30 minutes
Peel the skin from peppers
Discart the peel and cut peppers in half
Keep it in the airtight container with some olive oil
Fire Roasted Peppers Toast
To arrange
Toast a sourdough bread
Spread hummus on the toast
Place a slice of fire roasted pepper on it
Drizzle olive oil on top of the pepper
Sprinkle it with few leaves of oregano
Serve and enjoy
