Tangerine Immunity Boosting Smoothie

I think we will all agree in the times of COVID 19, we are all looking for ways to boost our immunity. This smoothie is packed with vitamin C. Manuka honey is proven to have anti viral anti microbial and anti-inflammatory properties. Smoothie has a healthy dose of turmeric, ginger and pinch of cayenne pepper.

Tangerine Immunity Boosting Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 2 tangetines, peeled
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger root, peeled
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
  • a pinch of cayanne pepper
  • 1 tsp manuka honey

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve and enjoy!
