Tangerine Immunity Boosting Smoothie
Ingredients
- 2 tangetines, peeled
- 1/2 cup frozen mango
- 1/2 banana
- 1 cup almond milk
- 1/2 inch fresh ginger root, peeled
- 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
- a pinch of cayanne pepper
- 1 tsp manuka honey
Instructions
- Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
- Serve and enjoy!
