Ingredients
  

  • 2 tangetines, peeled
  • 1/2 cup frozen mango
  • 1/2 banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger root, peeled
  • 1/4 tsp ground turmeric
  • a pinch of cayanne pepper
  • 1 tsp manuka honey

Instructions
 

  • Add all the ingredients to a high speed blender and blend until smooth.
  • Serve and enjoy!
