Watermelon Ginger Slushy

Well, hello summer! Watermelon Ginger Slushy is a healthy way to cool you down in the summer heat. Sweetness of watermelon, strawberries and honey balances with a slash of lemon juice. Ginger gives it a spicy kick and its icy texture will make you crave it all day.

Ingredients Method

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups frozen watermelon
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 inch fresh ginger root, minced
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 cup coconut water

Method
 

  1. Let watermelon melt for 5 minutes if its right from the freezer.
  2. Place all the ingredients in the high speed blender.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy.
