Watermelon Ginger Slushy
Ingredients
- 6 cups frozen watermelon
- 1 cup frozen strawberries
- 1 inch fresh ginger root, minced
- 1 tsp raw honey
- 1 lemon, juiced
- 1/2 cup coconut water
Instructions
- Let watermelon melt for 5 minutes if its right from the freezer.
- Place all the ingredients in the high speed blender.
- Blend until smooth.
- Serve immediately and enjoy.
