Watermelon Ginger Slushy

Ingredients
  

  • 6 cups frozen watermelon
  • 1 cup frozen strawberries
  • 1 inch fresh ginger root, minced
  • 1 tsp raw honey
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1/2 cup coconut water

Instructions
 

  • Let watermelon melt for 5 minutes if its right from the freezer.
  • Place all the ingredients in the high speed blender.
  • Blend until smooth.
  • Serve immediately and enjoy.
