Banana Pepper Hot Sauce

Ingredients
  

  • 6 banana peppers, seeded and chopped
  • 6 jalapenos, chopped and seeded
  • 1 yellow onion, chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 2 tbsp tomato paste
  • 2 cups water
  • 1/3 cups apple cider vinigar
  • 2 tsp kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in the large pan.
  • Add onion, banana peppers, jalapeños to the pan and sauté it until it's soft.
  • Let it cool and transfer the mixture to a high speed blender.
  • Add garlic, tomato paste, water, vinegar and salt to the blender and blend it until smooth.
  • Serve and enjoy!
