BBQ Date Sauce

LETTUCE LEAF
Prep Time 15 minutes

Ingredients
  

  • 10 pitted dates, pre soak in hot water for 5 minutes
  • 1/2 yellow onion
  • 2 cloves garlic
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tbs cumin
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • 1/2 black ground paper
  • 2 lemons, juiced
  • 1 cup filtered water

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients in a high speed mixer.
  • Blend it until smooth.
  • Try it and adjust the seasoning.
  • Serve and enjoy.
