Instructions
Toss shishito peppers with 1 tbsp of olive oil.
Preheat the skillet over medium heat.
Add peppers to the skillet and cook them, stirring occasionally until they are charred and tender.
Add butter beans, garlic clove, lemon juice and kosher salt to the food processor.
Process it until smooth.
To Serve
Spread some bean creama on the plate, top it with shishito peppers, sprinkle the peppers with salt.
