Put chocolate chips and coconut oil in the heat safe mixing bowl.
Fill a saucepan 1/4 full with water and bring water to a low boil.
Reduce the heat to a lower setting and put the heat safe mixing bowl on top of the saucepan.
Make sure the mixing bowl doesn't touch the water in the pan.
Stir the chocolate and coconut oil until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
Prepare a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.
Dip the slices of pineapple in chocolate and lay it on prepared baking sheet.
Sprinkle the chocolate with cayenne pepper.
Allow the pineapple slices to rest until the chocolate has set.
Serve and enjoy!
