Easy Cabbage Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cabbage, shredded thinly
  • 1 tomato, cut
  • 1/4 cup mint, chopped
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tsp kosher salt
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed

Notes

Add shredded cabbage, tomato and mint to the mixing bowl. Add lemon juice, olive oil,  garlic and salt. Mix to combine all the ingredients. Serve and enjoy!
