Ingredients
  

  • 2 slices pumpernickel bread
  • 4 tbsp hummus
  • 1/2 tomato, sliced
  • 1 persian cucumber, sliced lengthwise
  • 1/2 avocado, sliced
  • 1/2 cup arugala

Instructions
 

  • Spread hummus on both slices of bread.
  • Fill the sandwich with tomato, cucumber, avocado, and arugula.
  • Slice in half and serve.
