Instructions
Heat the oil in the deep pot.
Add diced onion and garlic.
Let it sauté for few minutes until onion is translucent and garlic is fragrant.
Add green beans, diced tomatoes, tomato paste, salt, pepper and water to the pot and stir.
Bring it to boil and lower the heat.
Let it simmer for 40 minutes to 1 hour.
Adjust the seasoning and enjoy.
