Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 2-3 cups spinach
  • 1 cup mango
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 2 cups ice
  • 2 cups water

Instructions
 

  • Add banana, spinach and water to the blender.
  • Starting the blender on the low mixing speed and blend until smooth.
  • Gradually start moving to higher blending speeds and adding the remaining ingredients.
  • Blend until smooth, serve and enjoy!
