Green Goodness Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 banana
  • 2-3 cups spinach
  • 1 cup mango
  • 1 cup pineapple
  • 2 teaspoons chia seeds
  • 2 cups ice
  • 2 cups water

Method
 

  1. Add banana, spinach and water to the blender.
  2. Starting the blender on the low mixing speed and blend until smooth.
  3. Gradually start moving to higher blending speeds and adding the remaining ingredients.
  4. Blend until smooth, serve and enjoy!
