Licorice Buckwheat Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup cream of buckweat cereal
  • 3/4 cup non dairy milk
  • pinch salt
  • 1 tsp licorice root powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 4 cherries, pitted and cut in half
  • 1 tbsp chocolote chips

Method
 

  1. In the mason jar mix together cream of buckwheat, chia seeds, non dairy milk, licorice root powder, salt and maple syrup.
  2. Close the lid and refrigerate if overnight or up to 8 hours. 
  3. In the morning add nut butter on top along with cherries and chocolate chips.
  4. Serve and enjoy.
