licorice root powder

maple syrup

chia seeds

nut butter

cherries, pitted and cut in half

chocolote chips
Instructions
In the mason jar mix together cream of buckwheat, chia seeds, non dairy milk, licorice root powder, salt and maple syrup.
Close the lid and refrigerate if overnight or up to 8 hours.
In the morning add nut butter on top along with cherries and chocolate chips.
Serve and enjoy.
