Licorice Buckwheat Overnight Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 1/2 cup cream of buckweat cereal
  • 3/4 cup non dairy milk
  • pinch salt
  • 1 tsp licorice root powder
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp nut butter
  • 4 cherries, pitted and cut in half
  • 1 tbsp chocolote chips

Instructions
 

  • In the mason jar mix together cream of buckwheat, chia seeds, non dairy milk, licorice root powder, salt and maple syrup.
  • Close the lid and refrigerate if overnight or up to 8 hours. 
  • In the morning add nut butter on top along with cherries and chocolate chips.
  • Serve and enjoy.
