sweet potatoes, cut into 1/8 thick slices

cloves
garlic, crushed

13.5oz cans
coconut cream
2
tsp
kosher salt
1/2
tsp
cumin
2
tsp
turmeric
1
inch
fresh ginger root, minced
Instructions
Preheat the oven 425F
Spread minced garlic and ginger root on the bottom of the baking dish
Place thin potato slices in the dish in layers
Mix salt, turmeric, cumin with the coconut cream
Pour coconut cream mixture over potatoes
Place pototoes in the oven and bake it for about 30 minutes until pototoes are soft
Serve and enjoy!
