Simple Summer Salad

Course Salad

Ingredients
  

  • 1 romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1 tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 cup parsley, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 2 stacks celery, tough fibers peeled off, chopped
  • 1/4 cups green onion, chopped

Simple dressing

  • 1/4 good quality olive oil
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tsp kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • In the mixing bowl combine lettuce, parsley, green onion, tomato, celery and green pepper.
  • Pour olive oil and lemon juice over the salad. 
  • Add salt and mix in from the bottom up.
  • Try it to adjust the seasoning. 
  • Serve and enjoy.
