celery, tough fibers peeled off, chopped

green onion, chopped
Simple dressing

good quality olive oil

lemon, juiced

kosher salt
Instructions
In the mixing bowl combine lettuce, parsley, green onion, tomato, celery and green pepper.
Pour olive oil and lemon juice over the salad.
Add salt and mix in from the bottom up.
Try it to adjust the seasoning.
Serve and enjoy.
