Simple Traditional Hummus

Ingredients

chickpeas, 15.5 oz
1/2
cup
tahini
2
lemons, juiced
2
cloves
garlic
2
tbsp
iced water or more if needed
3/4
tsp
kosher salt
Instructions
Drain the water from the chickpeas and rinse it well.
In the food processor combine chickpeas, tahini, garlic, juice of 2 lemons, salt and water.
Process until smooth.
Add more iced water if consistency is too thick.
Taste to see if more salt is needed.
Transfer hummus to the shallow bowl, serve and enjoy!
Store hummus in the airtight container in the fridge up to 4 days.
