fresh parsley, thinly chopped

tomato, chopped

mint, chopped

green onion

bulgur

lemon, juiced

olive oil

black pepper

kosher salt
Instructions
Add very thinly chopped parsley, tomatoes, mint, green onion and bulgur to the mixing bowl.
Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
Mix everything until well incorporated.
Try and adjust the seasoning.
Serve and enjoy!
