Traditional Tabbouleh

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bunches fresh parsley, thinly chopped
  • 2 tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mint, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onion
  • 2 tbsp bulgur
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp kosher salt

Instructions
 

  • Add very thinly chopped parsley, tomatoes, mint, green onion and bulgur to the mixing bowl.
  • Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  • Mix everything until well incorporated. 
  • Try and adjust the seasoning.
  • Serve and enjoy!
