Traditional Tabbouleh

Ingredients
  

  • 2 bunches fresh parsley, thinly chopped
  • 2 tomato, chopped
  • 1/4 cup mint, chopped
  • 1/4 cup green onion
  • 2 tbsp bulgur
  • 1 lemon, juiced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp kosher salt

Method
 

  1. Add very thinly chopped parsley, tomatoes, mint, green onion and bulgur to the mixing bowl.
  2. Add lemon juice, olive oil, salt and pepper.
  3. Mix everything until well incorporated. 
  4. Try and adjust the seasoning.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
