Walnut Milk

Ingredients

walnuts

Instructions
Soak walnuts with salt overnight or at least for 8 hours.
Drain the water and rinse walnuts.
Add nuts and 4 cups of water to the high speed blender.
Blend in for about 5 minutes or until its completely smooth.
Place a nut milk bag (you can also use fine mesh strainer or cheese cloth) over a large mixing bowl and pour walnut milk into the nut milk bag.
Squeeze all liquid out of the bag so only pulp remains.
Discard the pulp.
Store walnut milk in the fridge.
Serve and enjoy!
